# ASSERT: dont have the path to the "oc" binary set in your preferences (Window->Preferences->OpenShift v3-> "oc location")
# ASSERT: make sure that you have a pod running
# EXEC: in explorer: select your pod and pick "Port Forwarding..." from context menu

Result:
You're told that you dont have the path to the "oc" binary set in your preferences

Expected:
If the dialog would contain a link, that leads me to the preferences directly, this would be very handy.
