Some feedback about the changes I have made to the updated content:

I noticed there is a weird trend you've adopted in this updated article for defining images as this:

.Project and Application Information Provided
image::hmt_newproj-details.png[]

One of the things to remember (and should be in your checklist) is to have active headings for figures (not the case in most of these) and the second one which puzzles me is the empty square brackets. You should just use the same text as the heading, so it's just copying and pasting. It should look like this:

.Provide the Project and Application Information
image::hmt_newproj-details.png[Provide the Project and Application Information]

Secondly, the new image is incorrectly named in the text and therefore the image does not display. We have spoken before about testing these to make sure no markup is broken and all images appear as expected, which has not been done here once again.
