I can confirm that it works as expected now with the Beta2 bits.
One thing that got lost:
c) (idea) should we add OpenShift to this ?
I have no opinion on this. If you want to push this idea forward, I suggest creating a new JIRA //Cc: [~adietish], [~maxandersen], [~rob.stryker].
One thing I didn't like is the use of Oxford comma together with the ampersand in Rob's new feature strings: JBIDE-20367

But before I close this JIRA, I should really deal with the sub-task: JBIDE-20173
(Which is a little bit problematic because it seems that now that JBIDE-20170 is fixed, JBIDE-20173 can't really happen ;) )
