Feature is installed via installer for JBDS 9.0.0.Beta2-v20150717-1420-B67 and also using update site. [~jrichter1] will verify BYOE installation but no New Bower wizard is available therefore I'm reopening this Jira I guess that was meant by 'bower integration' in this Jira description. If I'm wrong then just resolve this Jira back
