    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Install JBossTools Central and restart eclipse
2. Enable EA
3. ASSERT: Yellow sign is visible on first tab
4. Restart Eclipse
5. ASSERT: Yellow sign is visible on first tab

Now at step #5 there is no sign about EA being enabled after restart.
