Done upstream:
* https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=465757 - [Browser][Xulrunner] When browser is using XULRunner, the browser.evaluate function is always returning null
* https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=468098 Was JUnit 3.8 intentionally removed from orbit as of Mars M7?

Still to do (in other issues):
* JBDS-3445 Request users to choose java 8 or higher when installing JBDS 9
* JBIDE-19773 Can Central tell the user what's wrong if gtk/swt/webkit not available so they know what to do?

Possibly blocking - more info from [~rob.stryker] to follow in the next day or so:
* JBIDE-19879 Add o.e.remote and o.e.launchbar to TP - done, but might need further updates
* JBIDE-17686 get TCF and RSE terminals to coexist without bad UX of multiple terminals
