I'm checking license stuff with legal - I think we are fine, but there is *something* about CDDL with EPL that is not great; I just can't recall it. I'll let you know.

My bigger concern is the overlapping of jaxb jar with Java 8 and whether that will somehow affect us and that we need to do packaging tricks to have it do different loading dependent on what jvm we are running on ?
