[~nickboldt] it looks like having RC2 will not be critical for central for Beta1, but may affect JBIE-19899. Anyway, I will take a look before codefreeze and resolve this issue.
I'll let Radim verify different cases of browser being available(or not) and close the issue if everything will be fine.
