Note that the new wtp.launchbar feature has been added to CoreTools ("*Abridged JBoss Tools*") and the WebTools category in JBT [1], but *NOT* added to JBT Central, JBDS Central or JBDS BYOE.

IF THAT IS AN ERROR, I expect [~maxandersen] or [~rob.stryker] will let me know or fire me a few PRs to correct that.
