So looks like [Huginn|https://github.com/cantino/huginn] (MIT Licence) could be a good alternative : "Think of it as a hackable Yahoo! Pipes plus IFTTT on your own server".

It used run to be able to [run on openshift|https://github.com/cantino/huginn/wiki/Run-Huginn-for-free-on-OpenShift], but not anymore as there seems to be [an issue with the version of ruby|https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1180420]
