It uses the same jvm that used to run installer through java.home system property. If installer started with direct path to java different from default JBDS might not start after installation. Name "Default" is not right until it is initialized through running actual default jvm as "java -version". Problem is running "java -version" might not always work as expected and requires additional logic.
