    Steps to Reproduce: 
# ASSERT: make sure that you have a v2 or v3 connection in OpenShift explorer
# EXEC: right click on the connection so that the context menu shows up
# ASSERT: if the "New" submenu is visible, close the context menu and try again.

Result:
The "New" submenu is not visible in the context menu

Expected result:
The "New" submenu is visible and shows its children
!new-submenu-visible.png!
