In https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/staging/updates/discovery.earlyaccess/9.0.0.Beta1/compositeArtifacts.xml I can see http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbdevstudiotarget/4.50.0.Beta1-SNAPSHOT/REPO/ which does not exists. Couldn't this be the problem?
