We need to investigate if 0.23 breaks anything in any of the other jbosstools-* repos that don't depend on parent pom, such as:
* target-platforms, 
* discovery, 
* build-sites, build-ci, maven-plugins, ...
* https://github.com/jboss-reddeer/reddeer/blob/master/pom.xml#L12
* integration stack, integration tests, integration stack tests, ...
