I don't think we can do anything to remove the Eclipse welcome screen, but removing the introPage is mainly a matter of removing the extension to org.eclipse.ui.intro form https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/blob/master/plugins/com.jboss.devstudio.core/plugin.xml and related properties product extension.
