Currently, you can get the latest JBDS builds here:
https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/snapshots/builds/devstudio.product_9.0.mars/latest/installer/ (this is for the Beta1 stream currently)
https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/snapshots/builds/devstudio.product_master/latest/installer/ (this is master)

Soon (from next week), there will be also staging, which will include builds under testing:
https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/staging/builds/
This will be similar to what we have here for JBoss Tools:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/staging/updates/
