[~xcoulon] so i looked at this and the issue is still present.

See http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/luna/8.0.2.GA.html, no mention of only updatesite and no link to installer..

vs.

http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/luna/8.0.0.GA.html

that talks about installation and registration needed.

would be good if 8.0.2 could somehow point to the installer to use and then do update.
