As a user,  I would expect a single JBoss Tools entry, which would list all features for each version of Eclipse.
It's also easier to maintain, and it would merge stats for all entries, maybe even raising the rank of JBoss Tools.
About statistics, the p2 install statistics should provide everything we'll miss with marketplace.
