the above url doesn't exist. Roger, could you check whether this url is listed in Software sites, please?

1. Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites

Btw, were you able to install Fuse tooling from JBoss Central or using the update site https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0/integration-stack ?
