I believe most issues are caused by setBackground not using the direct parent color (and maybe the grand-parent or grand-grand-parent one instead).
In general, with the Dark Theme, blue links are questionable. However, what is a good color for a link on a dark background? (I honestly don't know what's the best practice on this topic, and it would most likely need to be applied in the dark theme CSS directly updstream).
Early-Access not highlighted is most likely caused by the StyleEngine configuring colors after our own calls to setBackground.
