I've updated these PRs and verified that license information shows correctly when installing / after installation, fixing the bug I found above.

To test:

1. build base.
2. build freemarker & arquillian
3. launch a clean Eclipse 4.5
4. Add these sites to Window > Prefs > Update > Avail update sites:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/development/updates/
file:///home/nboldt/tru/jbosstools-base/site/target/repository
file:///home/nboldt/tru/jbosstools-freemarker/site/target/repository
file:///home/nboldt/tru/jbosstools-arquillian/site/target/repository

5. Help > Install new > select "all local sites" and then install everything from the freemarker & arquillian sites. Verify license shows the new address:

{code}General Counsel, 100 East Davie St., Raleigh NC 27601 USA{code}

instead of the old address on Varsity Drive.
