Overall looks good - need to clean out the references to personal nickboldt repo content but that is easier to do when rest is merged in.

One caveat i'm wondering how to solve is when we got things like https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-browsersim/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.browsersim.ui/about.html#L33 where a plugin or feature has some additional info. Is there a way to handle this without duplicating the license info ?
