Overall looks good - need to clean out the references to personal nickboldt repo content [1] but that is easier to do when rest is merged in.

One caveat i'm wondering how to solve is when we got things like https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-browsersim/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.browsersim.ui/about.html#L33 where a plugin or feature has some additional info. Is there a way to handle this without duplicating the license info ?
