I've updated the release guide for JBDS 8.x and 9.0 so that we include a link to the TP zip these pages (see right-hand column):

https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0-staging/ (8.1.Beta1)
https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0-development/ (8.0.2)
https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0/ (8.0.2)

Thus:

https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0.0/jboss-devstudio-8.1.0.Beta1-target-platform.zip

Once we GA, the file will be:

https://devstudio.jboss.com/static/updates/8.0.0/jboss-devstudio-8.1.0.GA-target-platform.zip
