Just realized that there IS a use case for having the update site zips on devstudio.redhat.com: staging for CAT/QE, in order to verify offline install use cases. 

Without putting them up there, we would have to wait for stuff to hit the CSP & get GG links first, which is not practical for content that hasn't been tested yet. We could use internal hosting on www.qa (as we do for installer jars) but that would limit CAT involvement. WDYT, [~maxandersen] ?
