The list of projects is mixing regular wizards and quickstarts.  In my mockup I'm sort of showing wizards first and then quickstarts afterwards (to the right).  How did you determine which quickstarts appeared in Central before? By the looks of it not all the quickstarts we have out there were listed. 

We can add the checkbox.
