Upstream issues are created for the issue:

One of the issues is a Shebang not supported:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=462283 - JavaScript Editor complains on Shebang (#!) lines

The other issues are problems with parsing minified.js files:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=462285 -  JSDT complains on some minified JS-files like angular.min.js and ionic.bundle.min.js
