PR 36 revised per Mickael's suggestion. Requires a second PR, however: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build-sites/pull/180

PR 283 was missing one file (.gitignore requires that we explicitly add things with "target" in their path). I've updated it. Sorry about that.
