I believe that the list of jiras in not complete as it could be at least in part of JavaScript and Tern.java for sure. I'd suggest to add to the epic at least the following issues: JBIDE-18138, JBIDE-18387, JBIDE-19168,  JBIDE-19355, JBIDE-19393, JBIDE-19423, JBIDE-19448.
