Max: Please clarify which version of JBT you're using, and from which jbosstools-directory.xml you're pulling plugins. 

Is it http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/nightly/core/master/jbosstools-directory.xml ?

Mickael: Are you sure the plugin has two *.jar* strings in it? That seems really odd. Looking in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/nightly/core/master/jbosstools-directory.xml I see only *plugins/org.jboss.tools.central.discovery.earlyaccess_4.3.0.Alpha2-v20150318-0819-B3421.jar*, not *org.jboss.tools.central.discovery.earlyaccess_4.3.0.Alpha2_v20150318_0819_B3421.jar_8982963591780016496.jar*
