The reason for containing an earlyaccess.properties file for JBT and JBDS in their respective discovery plugins was so that when you built the plugin locally, you could verify that the EA content was correctly identified. 

Now we have a bootstrapping problem - to build the nightly discovery site, we need to have a previously published earlyaccess.properties file for the previous milestone. So... for JBDS 9 Alpha2, this will break as there will be no mars/snapshots/builds/jbosstools-discovery/whatever/earlyaccess.properties file to wget into this build. 

Hooray for circular dependencies! :(
