    Steps to Reproduce: 
The best steps to reproduce are here. Just remember that it doesnt always work.

1. You should have new clean workspace
2. create CDI project
3. edit beans.xml
4. delete project
5. create second CDI project
FAIL: You might end up in infinite job loop.

If you would prefer, I can provide a bot test for easier reproduction.
