Update the ide-config properties to establish the following:

  jboss.site.integration-stack-extras.url|jbosstools|4.2=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/integration/luna/integration-stack/extras/jboss-fuse-sap-tool-suite/
  jboss.site.integration-stack-extras.url|devstudio|8=https://devstudio.redhat.com/earlyaccess/8.0/integration-stack/extras/jboss-fuse-sap-tool-suite/

Also update the SAP POM accordingly.
