So I relaxed the version range upstream to allow egit 4.0.0 https://github.com/tesla/m2eclipse-egit/commit/7d6ca43529e1ef6e9a7b7231926549ac8a597e7b

Works fine but we're being delayed by some build issue : https://ci.takari.io/job/m2eclipse-egit/

Once the update site is synch'ed to central, it will be available under  http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/.m2e/connectors/m2eclipse-egit/0.14.0/N/ <version>
