[Bintray JCenter|https://bintray.com/bintray/jcenter] is one alternative (and superset) to Maven Central. I believe we should add it to the list of available Maven repository templates in Preferences > JBoss Tools > JBoss Maven Integration > Configure Maven Repositories...
