All of the above seem reasonable, Martin. I've implemented them in suggestion mode here:

Suggestion mode provides an inline diff in green so hopefully this makes it easier to review the changes. If you are OK with all of the changes, I'll apply them to the enterprise and community docs and push them public. Could you have a look at your earliest convenience, please [~mmalina]?
