Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBDS-3374:
-------------------------------------------

A) CVS is *not* available in eclipse marketplace afaics.

B) even if A is fixed JBDS users do *not* have access to Eclipse Marketplace by default and the CVS parts are not directly installable anyway as things are today. Thus if this is done more testing is needed.

C) it is a common used plugin - just look at the stats

D) Red Hat itself still has CVS systems running (minor point but just saying ;)

I'm fine looking at removing it by default but we should make sure it is provided via central or some other supported install location. Just like we do for svn and git.

> Burr Sutter, Len DiMaggio, Max Rydahl Andersen : is there any client requirement about CVS support?
