Changes:

* P1: Removed "ensure" from the SNAPSHOT instructions to add instructions about using a unique value that may or may not be the same as the example.
* P2: Updated the text so that it is less restrictive about the value of *SNAPSHOT
* s/Project Explorer tab/Project Explorer view in the entire document
* P3: Updated name and explanation for Procedure 3 to hopefully address the fact that the previous procedures tell us how to create a maven supported project and module from scratch while the third is to add maven support to an existing application without maven support.
* P3: Regarding the right click on a new project, click configure and in the menu, select "convert to maven project", the problem is that I can't spot any option for maven projects (in 8.1). in 8.1, would there be an alternate way to do this configuration through the right click project name > Maven> <some option>? And in 9.0, is it going to be right-click project name>configure>convert to maven project? <--[~rawagner]
