I  imagine this to be a bit more advanced. We can enhance the common navigator framework (CNF)
Basically every task on a GruntFile.js or gulpfile.js is displayed on the navigator instead of the classic JS file outline and you can right click and run it. Probably basing this on CNF makes sense so that we can collect the benefits both on explorer view and outline view. See also [1]

It is likely that we will use org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.dom.JavaScriptUnit and friends to identify the tasks.
