Initial PRs have been merged. Still need to fix Windows support though (currently hard codes vagrant path for linux in plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.cdk.server/src/org/jboss/tools/openshift/cdk/server/core/internal/CDKConstantUtility.java)
