[~ldimaggio]: didn't you get a message dialog asking you to restart Eclipse after you installed the missing packages?

Not sure we can (easily) detect the required features have been downloaded but not installed. Might need to make the Central page listen to the Software installation process.

[~mickael_istria], [~snjeza] any idea?
