Fred, this is the question I have been raising, but it's still not clear to me what is the best approach.
Should we have version specific epics?
In this particular case with Improve Eclipse Platform epic I would use separate epics for each major Eclipse release otherwise this epic will never be resolved. But btw we can't resolve "Improve Eclipse Neon Platform" epic as soon as JBDS 10.0.0 is out because we probably will want to release JBDS 10.0.1 based on Neon.1 or 2 ;-)
