I tried this today with JBDS master (jboss-devstudio-9.0.0.CR1-v20150902-0452-B3909-installer-standalone.jar)
and there is one use case that does not work:

In OpenShift Explorer, click the New Connection Wizard link (when there is no existing connection) and then in the wizard, try to click the sign up link at the top. It will not work. This is the same as we discovered with Rob elsewhere - he could fix the use cases where his link is the first one you click in the workflow. But if you first click the link in the servers view (which is beyond our control), then a consequent link in the wizard will not work. But in this case the OpenShift Explorer link is in our control, so it might be possible to fix this. [~rob.stryker], any advice?

The other use cases work.
