So here's what's actually happening...

Feature is *org.eclipse.linuxtools.docker.feature_1.1.0.201509021002.jar* (Latest: http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/updates-docker-nightly/features/?d ):

Feature defines a p2.inf file which reads:

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.addRepository(location:http${#58}//download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/updates-docker-nightly,type:0,name:Linux Tools Docker Tooling,enabled:false); \
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.addRepository(location:http${#58}//download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/updates-docker-nightly,type:1,name:Linux Tools Docker Tooling,enabled:false);

So, given that a user will have installed this feature from some site, and therefore KNOWS where he got this (either by manually adding the site to Eclipse, or via Marketplace, or some other redistributor), do you really need to set this? Won't Eclipse already know where to find updates?
