[~csomor.viktor], I just tested this on Windows 8 64-bit and jdk 1.8 32-bit and it works fine for me. jbdevstudio.ini contains the right path including .exe:

-vm
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_60\bin\javaw.exe
{code}

In the string that you pasted, I can see a missing "(" in (x86) in the path. As Alexey said, if you can reproduce this issue, please file another JIRA, thanks!
