Some ideas:

- Import OpenShift app...
- Load OpenShift Application...
- Load application...

I'm wondering if some word that really means "take from there and pull into HERE" would work better.   Load feels a bit more like that to me.  Get could also work, but might be too close to git.  Ingest might also do this but its sort of a crude word.  The only way to make it truly clear is to add the OpenShift word though in my opinion, which is no longer short...
