There is no url for SAP tooling in ide-config.properties for Mars / JBDS 9. That's why the SAP tooling cannot be installed. As a workaround we can set the following variables

* -Djboss.discovery.site.integration-stack-sap.url
* -Djboss.discovery.site.integration-stack-sap.feature

Unfortunately, I don't know what's the update site for SAP tooling on Mars.
