A user's password and username are stored locally in Eclipse secure storage.  The logic, during connection, is supposed to use the saved token and then fallback to the user's creds if the token is expired.   I have not see any issues, so it could be that a user is getting a new token without the user knowing about or being prompted; it is using the saved info.
