as discussed on irc, i'm using JBoss Tools. The UI has one big link saying "Manage Early" (not Manage Early Access") and in here a  checkbox about enabling earlyaccess.

and apparently there are nothing setup to actually test this in current jbosstools or jbds setup.

The UI is thus currently inconsistent with the proposed solution and thus my proposal stand: provide a way to test this ASAP or roll it back.
