Versions 4.0.5 - 4.0.7 contain only minor bugfixes & update to newer PMD (5.3.2).
Using it in nightly JBDS I couldn't find any issues. 
[~nickboldt] Has p2diff revealed any issues? 
Otherwise it's +1 from me.
